WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

 

 

Life coaching is a process of helping people identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Life coaches work with clients to assess their current situation, clarify their goals, and develop an action plan to achieve those goals. The focus of life coaching is on the present and the future, rather than the past.

 

A life coach can help clients with a variety of issues, such as career transitions, relationship problems, health and wellness, personal growth, and achieving work-life balance. They use a variety of techniques and tools to help clients achieve their goals, such as asking powerful questions, providing support and accountability, and offering feedback and guidance.

 

Life coaching is not therapy or counseling, although some techniques may overlap. Life coaching focuses on helping clients move forward and achieve their goals, rather than addressing past traumas or mental health issues.

 

Overall, life coaching is a collaborative process between the coach and client, with the goal of helping the client achieve their full potential and live a more fulfilling life.
